For this assignment, we had to create a comic strip and be creative with the story. In the comic we must include two example of both physical and chemical change each. Also including the definition of both changes. My story is based on a baby penguin who is on his journey to find his mama. In the meantime he is on his own in the world of Antarctica.
Thinking and problem solving is the 21st century skill used during this project because I had to think and figure out what my story should be based about. Also as I kept working on the project, some problems occurred making the storyline not make sense. So I thought out the story and made it accurate to match with physical and chemical change. Overall this project made me think outside of my usual creativity box and overcome the problems of my story.

The most difficult part was starting the story and having to plan the whole comic before getting to draw, which is the fun part. To improve my work, I'd add more colors and details in the background. I also had more things I could've included, but I didn't have enough space on the comic strip. This can relate to past learning because during quarter one we learned how to identify the differences of physical and chemical change as well as property. Basically ways to observe a reaction in chemistry. I can apply this for my future classes and labs I take. Knowing this I could have very detailed and good observations for my lab reports.
